WorkSTEPS® At Work
The WorkSTEPS program effectively reduces the incidence rate of work related injury, and associated industry cost, achieved through injury prevention and rehabilitation management.
WorkSTEPS developed the program in response to an industry need for reliable, medically safe, legally defensible employment testing programs which could effectively reduce work place injury incidence and work place injury costs. The program is based upon individualized, objective scientific data and collection and conforms fully to Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Guidelines for application of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Employers utilizing the WorkSTEPS® program are experiencing
average work injury reductions of 50% during the first year of implementation with continued reductions in the second and third years.
