Case Study # 2: The Medium Size Manufacturer

Problem: A visitor to WorkersCompKit.com requested personal consulting for 20 hours. This manufacturing company is self-insured and uses a third-party administrator (TPA) to handle their workers' comp claims. Through their TPA they have access to a variety of services including loss control expertise, bill review services and nurse case management.

However, they still had three existing WC claims that involved employees out of work too long.
